These are really fun to use. They fluff and cleanse your auric field as well as your immediate environment. I was showing my friend how to use them, it was summer and we were outside. For almost 20 minutes two butterflies followed the figure-8 shape they make. It was really magical. The figure-8 motion creates a natural crossover, which is the way our energy flows when it is healthy and balanced.
I suggest using these in each room of your house to get the energy flowing the right way and it will automatically get your energies buzzing, flowing and crossing over.
