Relaxation

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and turn your attention inward. Take another deep breath and hold your body tensely for a second or two and let the tension go as you exhale. In your mind’s eye, see a pink and green light, maybe blue… whatever feels right. See it washing in through the crown of your head, through your body… it softens all your muscles and calms the nerves… with every deep inhale you can see and feel your breath calming every cell. Every nerve ending is relaxing. Feel your consciousness peacefully sitting outside itself, observing. You are in a calm mind/body space. Breathe that in.
